The No Child Left Behind Act, the landmark legislation made in 2002, continues to make an impact on the education today. Though, there is a push to revise many elements of this act. Search for two articles in the Ashford Online Library to read and review on the opponents and proponents of NCLB.
In a 2 to 3 page paper (excluding title and reference pages):
a) Give an explanation of No Child Left Behind and describe why people oppose or support the act.
b) Describe and defend your view of No Child Left Behind and how it fits to your educational experiences.
c) Evaluate the present status of No Child Left Behind today and explain what changes are being proposed.
