Need help in house manager project
Want to create full site with three level of users:
admin
manager
customer
there is very special relationship between customer to manager
Lot of functions modules and design
Also lot of external api's for payment getaways
Also api for payment between admin to manager using my api to cradit card payment, and regular paypal
Also auto billing api system between admin to manager
Need to create on custom php using framwrork like CodeIgniter
Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, HTML, PHP, CodeIgniter
