In groups investigate the nature and contribution of an HRM function to an organisation.

Question 1: group: Produce A4 size poster (250 words) advertising and highlighting the essential’s HRM approach to recruitment and selection in the organisation. This is to be undertaken individually.
 
Question 2: individual: produce a briefing paper (1750 words) explaining to the head of the organisation and the management team the role of HRM in recruitment and selection in that organisation, highlighting the areas of poor or good practice.
