NATURAL CONTROL OF POPULATION GROWTH -
1. Biotic potential -
It is capacity of population to increase its number by reproduction.
For all animals, it is very high.
2. Environmental Resistance -
It is the sum of the factors which prevent a sps. from reproducing at its maximum rate. These factors are as predators, parasites, food scarcity, competition, adverse weather.
3. Carrying capicity -
It is environment's ability to provide necessory resources to support a population.
