Problem: Pick an industry and a function within that industry and name one managerial report that would be interested in and why? I have done one as an example below.
1. Industry - Consulting services
2. Function - Human Resources
3. Report - Billable hours worked by each employee
4. Why - As people are the biggest resource in a service organization, it is critical to manage that resource correctly. Number of billable hours worked by each employee will help determine if the organization is over staffed or understaffed which will help drive recruiting efforts.
