Thesis: Gender equality can improve a working place.

Gender equality is well known as the measurable equal representation of men. Good gender equality is the one that does not imply the opinion that men and women are likely the same. It should shows that they both have value that are equal and should, therefore, be accorded equal treatment. Worldwide, many countries have made significant progress towards the issue of gender equality in recent decades in areas such as working place (Kirton & Healy, 2013).

However, men will always continue to earn more income than women. Therefore, women are less likely to develop and advance their careers as far as men. Women are also liable to spend their late age in a high poverty level than men. At the same time, there are some men who find it to be harder to access a flexible working arrangement than women. The aim of my thesis on gender equality in the workplace is to show that it can achieve equal outcomes for men and women.

However, this may not exactly be the same result for each and every individual. This gave me concern and raised the following questions concerning ethical issues in a working place:Can Gender equality attract top talent in a working place? According to this thesis, I can say yes. Any workplace, that is equally appealing for men and women, will always provide access to the businesses' entire talent pool. This can be achieved as women engaged will be increasingly more educated than men. However, any workplaces, which do not attract women risks, will always lose the best talent to its competitors (Kirton & Healy, 2013).

Can Gender equality waste resources? If gender inequality exists in the workplace, then the significant economic contributions, which women make, will be lost. This wills also affects the years of investment in higher education of women abilities are being wasted. Therefore, by balancing the scales of gender equality, women and men will have an equal chance so as they can contribute to workplace and home. This will enhance their individual well-being and safe economic resources at the workplace.

Can practicing of Gender equality reduce expenses? Replacing any employee who is departing can cost more than 75%of their annual wage (Kirton & Healy, 2013). As both men and women remain and work within an organization, they view as very fair. According to this thesis employee turnover for any organization that offers gender equality, can significantly be reduced. Thereby, this will decrease the high expense of employees' recruitment.

In conclusion,Gender equality can improve a working place. It is clear that women and men are not the same; we are indeed made from a different cloth as one could agree. However, women and men both work to achieve their goals with the same level of extensive studies so, it would be only right to agree that practicing gender equality in working place would have a positive impact on the organization's workflow.
