We have a lack of detail when it comes to behavioral and personality screens with my current role, the current is focused on skill level. This could be a reason we have had a higher than normal turnover. In addition, there are some apparent areas in need of attention, both in culture and growth opportunities. I feel there is always room for growth within but maybe we are not clearly presenting it to our employees.
