The objective of this assignment is to provide an opportunity for you to strengthen your research skills by exploring a topic of interest to you that is related to something relevant to our week 1 material.
What is a Literature Review?
A literature review integrates information from several articles into a comprehensive paper. Headings to group aspects of articles together are often appropriate. A literature review is not one summary after another of each article. The information in the articles must be integrated within the context of a simple, comprehensive paper.
Assignment Directions:
- Topic: Muscular Strength and Endurance applying the FITT-VP
- Find five peer-reviewed journal articles on your chosen topic.
- Read these articles.
- 500-word (minimum) literature review
- References and citations are expected.
