Mr. X was administered the Personality Assessment System (PAS), which is an individually-administered assessment of a person's personality structure and function. His total P score on the PAS of 25.14 indicated that he is not experiencing clinically significant emotional problems, and is not at "marked" risk for psychological problems as compared to the general population. Some areas of possible concern for this client, as evidenced by elevated element scores, are health problems (P score of 40.4) and social withdrawal (P score of 42.6). The low number of elevated risk areas for this client is consistent with his broader clinical picture and suggest that further treatment is not necessary at this time.
