It is evident from the court cases that most claims of sexual harassment involve women as the victims. Can a woman harass a man? Would the same laws apply? Without using names, do you know of a case personally where a claim of sexual harassment has been made (or should have been made)? Was the victim a male or a female? What was the situation and what was the outcome? After you have posted your response, read what other members of the class have written?
