Compare and contrast the models of organisational culture proposed by Handy and Deal & Kennedy. Which, in your view, provides the more realistic representation of contemporary organisations? Use examples to justify your arguments.
• Discuss and compare the two models of organisational culture (do not merely describe the models) • Give examples when discussing the models (and to support your arguments)
• Make clear, complete and well supported points (good arguments need good research and evidence)
• Consider/Assess the usefulness of each of the models for contemporary organisations
• References are needed when you are discussing the models (simply citing Capon is not enough- remember the earlier point about good research)
