Models of Coping with Stress and Resilience
Can you compare and contrast two or three of the models of coping with stress (problem focused, emotion focused, meaning focused, social, proactive, religious, social support, resilience). Try to choose one that you use a lot, and one or two that seem quite different to you (you don't need to identify which is which). What do you see as the strengths and limitations of each?
