Moreover, to support primary care, the US government, citizens and healthcare institutions need to continue to remain and develop the programs, like Practice Management System (PMS) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR). And finally,CHF in general, and Mobile Health Clinics in particular, need to be ensured that they are provided: network availability and reliability; data security; easy to use with zero on-site support; inexpensive to deploy and operate; network throughput and latency.
