Microwaves are produced by high frequency electromagnetic oscillators in electric circuits. Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths in the range 10 m m to 10 m.
Radio waves are produced by accelerated electrons in suitable electronic circuits. Radio waves have wavelengths from 1m to 100km.
