Meetings and Resolutions:
Company General Meetings
These are held from time to time in order:
(a) to comply with statutory provisions which require certain general meeting to be held in order to transact specified business, such as the statutory meeting, the annual general meeting and class meetings.
(b) to transact business which may only be transacted at a general meeting of the members or shareholders, such as alteration or reduction of the company's capital.
(c) to enable the directors and members to exchange views regarding the running of the company's affairs or resolve some existing dispute.
