Medical Management
In chronic renal failure there is irreversible renal failure. The goals of medical management are:
- To promote maximal renal function
- To maintain fluid and electroyle balance
- To treat systemtic complications
- To promote active and normal life as possible
Nursing Care
- Maintain fluid and electroyte balance
- Provide modified diet i.e. renal diet Provide care before during and after dialysis
- Administer drugs as advised
