You have the opportunity to design a training program for your organization. Describe the training program and how the training program will be delivered. Who will be trained, and what would be the expected outcome(s) of the training program?

What training site would you select, and who would facilitate the training session? Explain the rationale for each.

What evaluation method(s) would be used to determine the success of the training program?
