A framework discovered by the consulting firm of McKinsey and Co. to chart the strategic relationships among forces existing in an organization, where these forces determine an organization success or failure. The forces include 7 things in there model:
(1) strategy;
(2) structure;
(3) staff;
(4) super ordinate goals;
(5) skills;
(6) style; and
(7) systems.
