Write a report:
Reporting Package – Describe the type of information which the group uses each month to help them make decisions. Financial, marketing and operational information should be considered. As a minimum groups should consider the Statement of Profit or Loss for the business each month. The package should include an explanation of how each item of information is used, for example, number of orders placed used to judge the success of marketing undertaken. The actual data for the business for each month does not have to be given, just details of the main items considered and why they are important.
Monthly Analysis – A summary of each group board meeting for each month should be given which explains key decisions made or actions taken. It is important to explain why the decisions are made.
