Question 1: Employee training, management development, enhancement of employee abilities and knowledge can all be very expensive to companies. We find that in hard times, many companies forego training programs and opportunities as a way to cut back on expenses. It is important that when developing training programs that the needs be accurately assessed so as not to waste precious resources. Many professions actually require members of the profession to complete so many hours of continuing education to maintain their professional qualifications.

Question 2: Many times corporations face issues from employees claiming others are being treated more beneficial given the same experience. That this beneficial treatment could be simply gender based or racial.
