Many of us have taken assessments in the past, such as the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) or MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator); the latter is described in your textbook. Provide a source that shows how these (or other) assessments are used in the workplace and why - actual results that warrant the use of these assessments in making workplace decisions.
