Task Description: Elective
1: Write an essay (1500 words) defining, describing and comparing characteristics, including strengths and weaknesses of 3 leadership styles. While class input will set a foundation for this assignment, the content must be supplemented by participant research and reflections. (CLO 2)
There are 2 approaches to this essay:
(1) Choose 1 person: Define, describe and compare the leadership style characteristics displayed at various times, including the strengths, weaknesses and alternative options, if any, for the specific options included.
(2) Choose 3 leadership styles: Define, describe and compare the leadership style characteristics using examples to provide contextual understanding of the style. Include the strengths, weaknesses, and alternative options, if any, for the specific options included.
Also, include the role of leadership in today's society, its importance, how it is influences the generations to come.
