Problem: As a health science student, my expectations for this course are centered on acquiring advanced knowledge and practical skills necessary for effectively managing the health and well-being of adult and geriatric populations. I anticipate that the course will delve deeply into critical areas such as advanced pathophysiology, pharmacology, and patient management strategies, with an emphasis on chronic disease management, preventive care, and health promotion. Through this course, I expect to develop strong diagnostic reasoning and clinical decision-making skills, which are essential for practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
