3. Discuss by giving examples, why the monitoring and evaluation is important in strategic planning. Further analyse Tesco's Seven Part Strategy and how is it related to the vision and values and comment on its overall impact on the company?
4. Analyse Tesco's strategy to a local supermarket of your choice and based on the overall learnings from this case study and this module, suggest how various initiatives that could be emulated locally? Justify your answer.
