Senior management is considering outsourcing the company HR functions, which could result in the elimination of HR positions, but the company could save money enough money to reduce the planned layoffs. Although the company is based in the Unites States, some back office work may be done offshore. Before senior management makes this change, they are looking for input from all of the employees.
