Details:
The assignment should be done on my organisation which we product solid dosage drugs for cancer (Production Area). It can be an installation of new equipment or introduction of new product or if you have any other idea
Guidance:
Part 1.1 Need to form a judgement and justify clearly and concrete examples on tools and techniques. These should cover quality / time/cost
Part 1.2 Discuss how to plan the project - Present tools and techniques and discuss and comment. Minimum 3 tools and techniques. Example: Gantt chart, stock holder analysis etc.
Part 1.3 Communication to stakeholders with evidence of communication and signed agreement.
Part 1.4 Implementation and Monitoring - How / Tools and techniques as per part 1.2 / Comment / Deviations. Example delay due to lack of supplies
Part 2.1 Use feedback - Require external feedback at least 3 (peer appraisals) and critical evaluation on strengths and weaknesses example 360degree feedback
Part 2.2 Build on Part 2.1 to create self development plan in SMART.
