Introduction
Making decision and solve problem is a daily process in our professional and personal lives. Technology provides a continuous flow of information needing to be processed and absorbed. Deciding what to do with the abundance of information our rational decision-making process guides us towards the right course of action. Decision making is the action or process of identifying a strategy to resolve problems (Miller, Hickson & Wilson, 1996).
