Question: Please make correction to this discharge criteria: Client will be able to be discharged from case management services upon lowering her PHq-9 scoring of moderate to non-minimal and her GAD-7 scoring of severe to non-minimal with implementing coping skills to manage her depression and anxiety symptoms , independently obtaining resources and maintaining compliance with attending appointments within the agency and outside of the agency.
