Make an initial post that poses a question based on this week's readings (i.e. a self-generated discussion prompt). Presents some facts about the readings  as a reflection and summarization and then pose a question for others to answer.  This post must be at least 250-300 words and site references from the following readings-

1. Eitzen and Zinn (2012) - Chapter 9 - Introduction, Readings 33 & 34
2. Cooperrider and Dutton (1999) - Chapter 7 and 8
3. Moghadam (2013) - Chapters 4-5
