- Make an assessment of a vulnerable population/client.
- Use the assessment to determine nursing care priorities for the chosen client.
Through this, you will make an assessment of a vulnerable population/client and identify how assessment findings will impact nursing care for the client.
Instructions:
1. Excluding homeless person, select one person as your client a vulnerable population that is served (or may be served) by a community organization. Describe the client chosen and summarize the experience. Make a health assessment of that client using the twelve determinants of health.
