The CEO has realized that growth is possible with a flexible/dynamic organization structure and a new department focused on sales and marketing.  XYZ is looking to hire the following new talent from outside the company - Senior Vice President - New Business Canada (1); Director - Supermarket Sales (2), Director - Convenience Stores (5) , Sales Associates (18). A needs analysis at the organizational level identified lack of knowledge and understanding of recruitment and selection, and therefore a need to design and deliver training to the talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
