1. DO NOT COPY THE EXAMPLES OF THE CONTRACTS
2. List on a scrap piece of paper, all of the things that you can think of; that you want to include in your contract and give each section a title - services provided, terms, length, cost, deposit required, cancellation policy, confidentiality policy, miscellaneous, etc.
3. Using the above list as a guide, then write the contract. Your company logo is at the top of page and then give the contract a title - "Visual Merchandising Contract".
4. There should be no blank spaces in your contract. It is a custom made contract.
5. The contract should be 1 ½ pages long.
6. Break the contract up into sections and label each section to make it easier for your client to read. Make sure you have a place for you and your client to sign and date the contract.
