Instructions: Please read the assigned readings below and complete an essay review (initial post). Your review should include an introduction, a body and a conclusion.
The review should include the following: 1) a comprehensive response to the discussion question(s) below; and, (2) a brief critique of the reading.

Identify and discuss the material included in the preliminary pages and the introduction of the thesis. Please discuss the specific points as they relate to your research.
1. An introduction describing the background of the problem;
2. The statement of the problem;
3. The purpose and significance of the study;
4. The research design;
5. The research questions and, in a quantitative design, an hypotheses;
6. The assumptions and limitations of the study;
7. Operational definitions used in the study; and
8. The expected outcomes
