After completing the reading, tell the class about yourself and your experiences with innovative technology.
Guiding Questions to Consider Prior to the Discussion

2. What is the criterion for success for a technological innovation?
3. What does a general manager in a firm's strategy need to know?
4. How can a firm's technology and business strategy be integrated most effectively?
