SEGIUNI Sdn Bhd is a company that specializes in corporate training courses. SEGIUNI has decided to introduce a training course for VIDEO EDITING starting in August 2013. You have been appointed as an IT consultant for SEGIUNI. You first role is to prepare a report to compare the architectures of the computers to use for the training. The requirements for the computers are as follows:
•	appropriate computers should be installed in the computer lab 
•	the PCs should have sufficient storage capacity for software and data
•	the network can be either a wired or a wireless network.
Task 1 (30 marks)
Research several computers (minimum two computers) and prepare a report that compares the architecture of each computer, which could be used to implement the required solution. Your reports must compare: 
a.	the model and architecture of mother boards
b.	the model and architecture of the processors
c.	the speed and type of memory 
Task 2 (30 marks)
Submit another report that contains your specification of the computers required for the lab. Discuss the motherboard architecture; processor architecture; compare the processors functions; cost benefits and pros and cons of any suggested computers.
Task 3 (20 marks)
Submit a report to justifies and concludes with your proposed solution such as why you proposed the computer for the lab. 
Instructions:
1.	This is an individual assignment
A single word processed document containing all reports and other documentation. Total word count not to exceed 3000 words.
The document should be properly structured in the order of the tasks with a table of contents, bibliography (online and literature sources)
2.	Submission of Coursework
All coursework should be handed into the Faculty Office before 4.30pm by the due date stipulated.
3.	Deadlines
Coursework deadlines must be strictly adhered to. There are penalties for late submission of work. The penalty used in this Division is a reduction of 5% for each working day that the work is late.
4.	Layout
Coursework should be word-processed. All pages must be numbered. All pages must be fastened securely 	by comb binding or staples. Your coursework should include and arrange according to this sequence: (1) 	Coursework Cover page; (2) Coursework Marking Scheme; (3) Table of Contents; followed by the content 	of your coursework.  Please ensure that the CD-ROM is protected by the plastic CD Inserts and is 	fasten/stapled together with the coursework.
5.	Refer to Handbook / LMS for the Assignment instructions.
Failure to submit report, failure to submit all the necessary files in CD, late submission, or any form of copying/plagiarism will be given zero mark.  In the case of copying/plagiarism all parties involved will be given zero mark without any further investigation
