Can someone look at this paper and help me with the correction that the Instructor ask of me.

1. Good tone. Taking a collaborative approach is highly constructive.
2. Look through all grammar issues: Standard used is not correct (Standard issue.) I would also like for you to get (place) the employees that (who) serviced.
3. The focus and sim here is to find a way forward; to use the mistakes as a template for how to find solutions. Do you not have any suggestions in this context? A new software system? Some sort of checks and balances plan that could be implemented?
