(Human Resources related) Separate the duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description/position available ad into thefollowing categories: Skills Knowledge Abilities Design a performance evaluation that includes the skills, knowledge and abilities listed above and evaluate your current performance in those areas. Submit a personal development plan outlining how you will learn and develop in those key areas over the next 1-3 years. Be as detailed as possible with your development plan and include goals associatedwith each step of your outline.Include a copy of the job descriptions/position available ads and any references used to complete thisproject.
