Homework: Differences in the Workplace
Create a PowerPoint presentation that addresses the results of your personality test and how your characteristics affect your job attitude and performance.
Your presentation will cover the following five questions:
a) List your five personality factors, including your score. Describe a summary of each factor according to the report received after taking the test.
b) After reviewing your report, is there any part of the report that you do not agree with? Why do you not agree with it?
c) Is there any part of your personality characteristics that you want to work on to change?
d) How does your personality affect your attitude at work? At home? In a public setting?
e) How does your personality affect your job performance?
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
