Remembering to consider the organisational and legislative requirements associated with the provision of your products and services, briefly describe how you would handle a typical complaint and how you would interact sensitively with the customer

Problem 4: Identify and briefly describe two (2) legislative requirements which affect the service that you deliver to your customers. You should explain how you ensure that the service you provide complies with this legislation? Problem 5: In relation to typical workplace organisational policies and procedures, identify the five (5) points that are most relevant to customer service, and explain why they are important?
