Problem:
Consider your job, home or school where a problem can be addressed by training: 1. List at least three training topics (i.e. how to make coffee, how to use Microsoft Word, how to put on fall protection, for example) 2. What jobs might be associated with the list of training topics you came up with? (i.e. student, restaurant worker, construction worker) Pick at least one. 3. Select a target population. (i.e. baby boomers, millennials, new hires, summer hires, etc...) Pick at least one. 4. Based on the target populations list at least three problems that might occur in training. (Refer to page 1-8) You may use this throughout the course to build your training plan.
