The distribution of goods and services;
Hobbes claim that there should be sovereignty but justice should not be overlooked too.
In the distributive theory there might be a notion of fair distribution but basing an argument according to the theory of relative deprivation, individuals may feel to have undergone an injustice process if the results are not in balance with the results of other people under the same situation. The distribution of goods and services should be done according to specific situations that are fit into the situations and the environment. Unfair distribution of resources have caused a lot of mayhems all over the world where individuals feel that they were deprived of their rights.
An individual's share in goods and services
Individuals in any society are driven by their needs and preferences or their income and willingness to pay for their goods and services. The justice problem is exhibited especially in the Lindahl equilibrium. For instance it is an injustice for different individuals with different income status to be exposed to the same taxation system. One individual earning $1000 and another earning $500 per month and ending paying the same tax rate for a good or a service.
Allocation of rights and duties
Under the rights and equality Act 2010, rights obligation and duties, should be distributed equally without discrimination of gender or position. However, this may be termed as an injustice because from a philosophical point of view, there is no equity in life, since creation. In philosophical argument, a philosopher might ask; if the world was equal, why do we have the rich and the poor? Why do we have the disabled? Moreover, on the other hand rights and duties should not be distributed equally because obligations, for instance in the workplace, results and benefits are not equal too.
Income support policies
Income support policies are plans for defining the distribution and eligibility of the welfare of provision of extra money that individuals should get if for example they have a low income, or may be working in a number of certain defined hours or if someone is not employed. The policies are aimed at foreseeing the welfare of citizens in a certain country. They aim at creating the essence of universality, ensuring that people have enough income to earn a standard living condition to be able to participate in the community activities in the well-being of an overall growth of the whole economy. For instance, there are different income support policies based on;
Social security
The aim of social security income support policy was to reduce the percentage of poverty levels. For instance 40 percent of the US elderly is exempted from poverty by social security. This policies have also been out to improve the lives of the poor.

• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Then, compare and contrast the selected income support policies. Address the following:
• List and describe each income support policy's target population, means of funding, and intended outcomes.
• Explain the positions a conservative politician or commentator, and a liberal politician would take on the policy. Address anything they might have in common ideologically and also describe their differences.
• Give reasons and examples in support of your analysis.
