Lionel is a waiter at a local diner. He notices that he seems to earn less in tips when he works the lunch shift compared with the breakfast or dinner shift. Lionel is curious whether customers tip differently depending on the time of day, so he decides to test this by comparing the average amount tipped during each shift for one week.
