Anyone who presents himself or permits himself for be represented, further by words, conduct or writing as the partner about another person like  persons  that will be liable as a partner with that person as or persons.

Whether after a partner's death, the partnership business is serial in the old firm-name such is, include the deceased partner's name so then  it will not of itself make the deceased partner's to estate liable to any debts contracted after his death there.
