Samson Land Co. owns some vacant land, and leases a little spot to a billboard company. Like most billboards, there is a metal ladder that starts about 10 feet above ground level then runs to the top to a ledge at the billboard, for the billboard company's use. Unknown to Samson Land Co., one fine day college students enter the property, inflate a giant carnival-type mattress, put up a ladder to reach the metal ladder, and climb to the top and jump to the mattress.
