Let's talk about security issues in a full-service restaurant, hotel, event, food truck or catering facility. These are potential hazards; fire and storm damage; use of weapons brought onto the premises for whatever reasons; over-consumption of alcohol or other substance abuse resulting in inappropriate behavior, trips, falls; theft by employees and/or customers. Credit card fraud is also a big issue in restaurants, sometimes perpetrated on customers by their servers.
