Numbering System
Let's consider what type of system you would utilize if you had the opportunity to create a file space from scratch. Let's assume you are working for an organization that would not be conducive to alphabetical filing. For example, a large acute care facility with over 60 discharges each day and over 280 emergency room visits daily.
What numbering system would you use and why?
What filing system would you use in conjunction with the identified numbering system and why?
