Scenario:
Jeff, I see your technical experience. I have no doubt you are good, but my paper is focused on Moral, Ethical, Due Process and Legal challenges to a Texas State Statue that permits Texas Medical Facilities to withdraw life support from patients and then grants them immunity from civil liability. There are a lot of articles, particularly from the Baylor Ethics Group, on how these things should be handled, but there are no legal requirements that facilities follow these guidelines. Accordingly the argument I am trying to support is that the statue is unconstitutionally vague, fails to provide due process and is thus unconstitutional. Is this something you think you are up to?
