Problem: I was most interested in learning about long-term care insurance. I've had a FSA and HSA account before with current and previous employers, so I was already familiar with these accounts and most of their stipulations. I've been fortunate enough to not have to consider long-term care for myself or loved ones up to this point so I enjoyed reading about this. I did not recognize the amount of options for long-term care. I did enjoy learning about these different options, it seems like there is a different care level for everyone's needs and wants. The cost of these options seems to be extraordinary and I do see the benefits to having long-term care insurance. Overall, it added an additional cost for retirement to consider as well but I do think it's a good investment to prevent unexpected long-term care bills.
