2. Passion vs. Obsession. How many processes, programs, departments, or products still exist even though they are relics of the past or products needing to be discontinued? Is your company passionate about its workforce?
3. A promise kept is more important than promises made. Does the leadership of your organization keep promises made or do they promise more than they can deliver
4. Activities vs. achievements. Does your company effectively manage fear and achieve success by focusing on whatâ??s important
5. Humility. Does your leadership truly acknowledge the critical role of the employees who help the organization achieve its set goals? Is such acknowledgement manifested through rewards and profit sharing or is it superficial?
