Leadership Reflections Paper:
Students must write a paper that includes four sections (using level 1 APA headings) that:
a) Summarizes and reflects upon leadership ideas gleaned from the four required readings (other leadership readings may be added) [approximately 2-3 pages].
b) Addresses how key leadership ideas can be of assistance to address current issues facing educational organizations [approximately 1-2 pages].
c) Identifies at two of their professional standards (ELCC/NPBEA found in your text and on the homepage), and reflects on how they as current or future leaders can accomplish those standards [approximately 1-2 pages].
d) Offers an initial personal educational leadership philosophical statement which conveys who you are and what you stand for as an educator. Within this section, things to consider are the beliefs, which guide your actions as a current or future educational leader, as well as your vision for students, teachers, educational leaders, and/or an ideal educational organization. [approximately 1-2 pages].
This paper is to use correct APA formatting (including a cover page, heading levels, within text citations via direct quotes or paraphrasing, and a reference page including at least 5 references).
